As a consequence of a sponsorship, the name of Stop 16 in the European Bowling Tour 2008 has changed from the 5th Oltremare Championships to the 5th Oltremare Columbia 300 Open.

The tournament will unchanged be conducted 15-23 November 2008 in Oltremare Bowling Arena in Naples, Italy.
