John or Edwin should have sent an agenda weeks ago for this meeting, to allow all captains to discuss potential topics with their team members.
As of yet our captain has had nothing, and as he is sending a representative from our team as he is unable to attend the representative is not going to be able to make decisions comfortably as our captain's or teams view maybe different from his.
Anyone else heard anything from either sec or treas ?

All procedures as per NWF Constitution have been followed and all Captains should have received the Agenda by email or post
