just read proposals for the new season regarding rule changes i.e.BTBA membership does this mean you are sanctioning the premier league if so will there be an official of the BTBA at each venue to inforce rules and just one rule which could be inforced would be your dress code one regarding Black Jeans.Also i would welcome inforcement regarding slow play and how would you inforce this.If you want Rules you must play to them properly and an independent referee must be present from the top table if you know the rules of course.
