Any new venues? Any venues getting the boot?

What about the bowling alley in the trafford centre? Are they interested in the 5's? Or wallasey, Parrs Wood south manchester? Bury?

Can anybody else think of venues in the north west?

Drove through Bury the other day, looks like they are building a new bowling alley in the centre also !!!

Thats correct. There is a new cinema and Bowling centre being built. I think the tenpin will close. When looking for venues the fives has to go for league friendly centres. The likes of Rochdale, Bury, Namco station do not offer the lane conditions or the correct ambience for the fives ( namco station is like a shoe box crammed with noisey machine and bumper cars) Shipley is a good option. Chester and wallasey maybe.

Having spent a difficult few weeks putting together the venues I have hopefully succeeded in getting a schedule for next season. I am awaiting final confirmation before I can publish, but should be able to do so next week. One very important point I have to make is, that due to the Company policy of promoting and holding Children’s birthday parties with glow bowling and music between the hours of 11.00am and 2.00pm on Saturday’s and Sunday’s we cannot play at any Hollywood bowls.
