Twenty one bowlers bowled at Lakeside Superbowl Peterborough on a glorious Bank Holiday Monday to try to win the first prize of free entry and a night's hotel stay for the Ebonite Premier Tenpin Bowling Club English Open which will be held from 3rd to 7th December 2008. Over the six games, it was Joe Castillo who emerged victorious on 1313 with James Tidd (fresh from his debut on the world stage at last months World Tenpin Masters) in second place with 1290 and Steve Tidd in a closely fought third place on 1269.
