England's Dominic Barrett has won the 3,000 Euro first prize at the 2009 Malta Open held at the Eden Leisure's Superbowl in St Georges Bay, Malta. With three Brits in the final, it was always favourite that the title would go to England but former champion Chris van Damme overcame Paul Moor and Stuart Williams to face top seed Dominic Barrett. In a close title match, Dominic Barrett won both games to take the title.

Also cashing in the top 30 were Nick Froggatt (7th - 400 Euros), Rob Kendall (15th - 200 Euros), Cliff Dew (19th - 150 Euro) and David Kendall (25th - 150 Euros). The full tournament results are available from the Eden Leisure website
